How to reserve meeting rooms
There is a teleconference room and four desk booths available for use. Reservations are accepted in 30-minute blocks and the rooms can be reserved for up to a full day. Please reserve separately for each day for multi-day bookings.
A user account is needed to access the reservation system. Please contact the secretariat to create an account.
There is also a common space (Room 307) for which reservations are not required.
